He wasted no time in finding and rectifying the leak and leaving everything very clean and tidy too. Great service Called about a leaky saniflo, and they were able to dispatch an engineer on the same day to take a look. The engineer had look and suspected he knew what the problem was, but called the SaniFlo folks anyways just to make sure there wasn't anything else he hadn't thought of. It turned out to be a simple fix, exactly what he hasld suspected, but I appreciated the extra step to ensure he looked at the most likely problem first. Engineer and customer service both were courteous, friendly, and professional.

Plumb London - Connor N Connor N - friendly, honest and trustworthy. I feel like reviews are very useful - especially when deciding on a company to use. I had my initial visit with Peter - this went great and Peter was very honest and open with the work that needed to be done. He advised that I would need a thermostat. My hot water went again, and so booked in for my thermostat to be installed. Conner N was the engineer who attended to my property the day of the call! He was efficient, very friendly and didn’t make me feel like an idiot whilst trouble shooting why I had no hot water - a reminder to all to check you’ve topped up the gas before complaining to the engineer Connor allowed me to pop out and top up the meter so that he could check it was up and running before he left! As a first time homeowner everything is very daunting and sometimes when speaking to the ‘experts’ there’s a tendency to feel a little stupid but I will say for both Peter and Connor, speaking with them made me feel at ease. Not only do I now have a new thermostat, I have hot water and the knowledge of what to check if anything goes wrong! Plumb London have been nothing but 10/10. Whether it be speaking to Joe on the call and booking in the engineer, the actual engineers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting or the customer service team! I would highly recommend them for any future work I need doing - but I will say I hope this is the last time I have to call them!
